The history of Omnagruppen starts in 1990, then as a company within the corporation of Statskonsult AB. At that time, Omniagruppen invested in its own properties, managed and developed them during a few years. In the beginning of 2000, a new era began by expanding property management to other property owners. This business focus has had a tremendous expansion and, at the most, Omniagruppen managed 180 properties from Ystad in the south to Haparanda in the north.

The clients are primarily foreign property funds. We are used to handle large portofolios spread over the country and own capacity to handle more challenging properties. Our team’s strength’s is characterized by an focus on local knowledge and a strong drive to achieve a rewarding return on investment.

The vision of Omniagruppen is to be one of Swedens bigger supplier of full-service property management to commercial properties as well as residential space.
