Over the years, Omniagruppen and its staff have been engaged in numerous shopping centers including both market leaders and quite difficult centers. Whatever level of service you require, Omniagruppen can handle it! And from the moment your Shopping Center is managed by our people, you have access to our extensive knowledge and our well established methods. We handle anything from legal issues and contacts with the local government to the daily work at the center. We prepare an annual business plan including a detailed budget and a marketing plan. We have frequent meetings with the tenants and make sure we have a firsthand knowledge of all tenant business.

When the Shopping Center needs further attention, we are happy to handle refurbishing and renewal of your shopping center. Our leasing-team is at standby to assist and if you like we will handle the rent review and renegotiation process and optimize income at the property.
