Omniagruppen offers management including strategic analysis and advice on investment and disposal. For each client we develop tailor-made reporting tools and we pride ourselves on being extremely flexible and accommodating.

Omniagruppen manages about 150 properties in Sweden. Properties under management include retail and office-space as well as residential. Our focus is on retail where we have many years experience of managing different shopping centers as well as retail parks and single units. We have often been asked to handle difficult shopping centers and our track record in this area speaks for itself.

Our approach to management includes frequent meetings with the tenants and close monitoring of current developments in the market. We make every effort to be proactive and to have an early warning system concerning the tenants and their leases. We always question expenses and seek new opportunities for revenue.

We can help you with refurbishing and renewal of your shopping center or retail park. We have vast experience of revitalization projects. Our team will propose the best master-plan as well as see to it that the plans are followed through. Our leasing-team have great experience of the letting process. We can also provide supervision for the actual construction project and using our large net of contacts, we can handle the commercial design that is right for the project.
